Puratos has announced its participation in this year’s Bakery Congress, held in Vancouver, B.C. on April 23-24.

The international group specializing in a range of innovative products and application expertise in the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate sectors will be located at Booths 115 and 117 at the annual trade show and conference. Puratos will be providing a taste of its real Belgian chocolate Belcolade range, a look at the latest ingredient solutions in baking, and its newest bakery and patisserie recipes.

International Demonstrator Jeffrey De Weyer will be hosting demonstrations featuring Puratos’ real Belgian chocolate. Also, Canadian demonstrators Tony Amaro and Tomasz Hoekstra will share their new bread recipes using unique innovations in fermentation flavors. In addition to tastings and Belcolade chocolate demonstrations, the Puratos team will provide updates on its ingredient solutions and innovations.

Hosted by the Baking Association of Canada, Bakery Congress offers insight into the newest and greatest baking ingredients, equipment, packaging, services, and technology for bakeries, cafes, food service, and baked goods (fresh, proof & bake, par-baked, freezer-to-oven, thaw, and serve).
