Known for its vegan gourmet cinnamon rolls, Cinnaholic has quickly gained national attention. The vegan bakery will use that national attention to take the brand national.

On March 16, 2017, Cinnaholic announced plans for a widespread franchise growth iniative. It plans to take the award-winning concept of baking cinnamon rolls with a twist to all corners of the United States.

“National expansion has always been on the horizon for us,” says Shannon Radke, co-founder of Cinnaholic. “The response we’ve received in our existing locations has been overwhelming - people can’t get enough! We’re eager to continue to grow and serve the most creative, delicious cinnamon rolls to brand new communities across the country.”

Cinnaholic was founded in 2009 in Berkeley, California and gained national attention after an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank. It began franchising in 2014 and now has 13 locations in the U.S. with plans for 41 more locations.

Each Cinnaholic roll is 100 percent vegan and free of dairy and egg, allowing guests to enjoy the customizable cinnamon rolls with more than 20 frosting flavors and topping choices without concern over certain dietary or allergy restrictions.

The chain plans to enter  markets such as Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Utah, Texas, California, Maryland, and Virginia this year.
