Rich Products Corp. is expanding its executive leadership team with the promotion of two longtime, senior-level associates to two newly created executive vice-president positions.
 
Georgia Dachille has been promoted to executive vice-president of global supply chain and technology. Ms. Dachille most recently was the company’s senior vice-president of finance and business development.
 
In her new role, Ms. Dachille has global responsibility for the development of the vision behind Rich’s supply chain and technology strategies, as well as the development of best practices for accelerating collaboration and innovation across the company’s regional businesses and global functions. Part of her role will be to further support growth and expansion of Rich’s Toppings, Creams and Culinary Solutions (TCCS) product portfolio.
 
“The new global supply chain and technology function under Georgia’s authority was created to increase global collaboration and further leverage our investments in supply chain and innovation technology,” said Bill Gisel, president and chief executive officer.
 
Ms. Dachille joined Rich’s in 1991, providing internal audit services. During her career she has been extensively involved in the company’s international finance operations. She was named senior vice-president of global finance in 2012. Prior to joining Rich’s, she spent four years in the Buffalo office of the global professional services firm Ernst & Young, serving as a certified public accountant and senior auditor.
 
She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Buffalo’s Canisius College in 1987 and a master’s degree in business administration from Canisius in 1997.
 
Paul Klein has been promoted to executive vice-president, chief information and strategy officer. Mr. Klein most recently was senior vice-president and chief process and information officer.
 
In his new role, Mr. Klein will be responsible for global strategic planning and information systems at Rich’s.
 
“The increasing complexity of our global network places greater demands on Rich’s infrastructure and process capabilities,” Mr. Gisel said. “In his new post, Paul will continue to lead the advancement of these areas, while also taking on oversight of our strategic planning.”
 
Mr. Klein joined Rich’s in 1995 as an information technology director, overseeing application development.  He was promoted to senior vice-president, chief process and information officer in 1999, taking over responsibility for all activities involving Rich’s information systems, business process and enterprise strategic planning. Before joining Rich’s, he held positions in financial and information systems leadership with General Motors and Electronic Data Systems.
 
He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
