Do you have the dream and desire to be a cake designer, a chocolatier, or a sugar artist? The Culinary Institute LeNôtre has developed 4 advanced certificates for anyone who sees Baking and Pastry through an artist’s lens.  It is offering a comprehensive 10 week curriculum in Advanced Artistic Skills Of Pastry Décor, which will provide an unparalleled hands-on experience in small classes led by knowledgeable chefs.

The training is geared towards all skill levels, whether you are a home baker with aspirations of starting your own business or a pastry chef who wants to expand your range.

The 4 LeNôtre Artistic Skills of Pastry Décor Seminars can be taken separately or combined:

– Advanced Specialty Cakes Decor Seminar (3 weeks)
– Advanced French Chocolate Showpieces Seminar (3 weeks)
– Advanced French Sugar Showpieces Seminar (2 weeks)
– Advanced Wedding Cake Decor Seminar (2 weeks)

Successfully completing the four seminars will give you four LeNôtre Artistic Skills of Pastry Décor Certificates. Classes can be taken during the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., with three shifts to choose from (8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.).

The next class starts March 13, 2017. Before signing up for classes, potential students are encouraged to attend an open house, with the next one taking place February 18, 2017 at the Houston campus.
