Starting Saturday, January 21 and lasting until February 5, Valrhona Chocolate will be hosting its second Hot Chocolate Festival in New York City. The French premium chocolate manufacturer will give festival-goers the opportunity to discover new and unique hot chocolate recipes.

The lineup of bakeries and beverage professionals that will be in attendance over the course the week-long+ event include famous names such as Dominique Ansel Bakery, FIKA NYC, Baked, Ladurée, La Maison du Chocolat US, and many more.

Exclusive new hot chocolate recipes will be prepared for the occasion, available at each participating store during the Festival. 50 cents from each hot chocolate sold will be donated to Valrhona Clean Water Project.

A kickoff party for the festival will take place Wednesday, January 18 at Ladurée Soho. The Party will feature previews of all of the festival's inventive hot chocolates, along with savory bites. All the proceeds from the ticket sales will also go to Valrhona’s Clean Water Project, a charity project to help improve the living conditions and public health for the cocoa producing community of Los Ranchos, Peru.

The $35 admission to the kickoff party will get you unlimited samples, savory bites, juices, soda, and access to many great chefs.
