Callebaut has announced that it will host an “Eatalian” Style Beanology Lounge at Eataly Chicago.  Pastry chefs, savory chefs, media, and members of the Chicago restaurant community are invited to attend the event, which will celebrate the rich history of Belgian chocolate and showcase exciting twists on chocolate-inspired Italian eats.

During the event, Eataly Executive Chef Rob Wing and Eataly Pastry Chef Tina Tomasello will collaborate with Callebaut Chef Russ Thayer to create an assortment of Italian-inspired bites using products from the Callebaut Finest Belgian Chocolate line. The event is part of an ongoing series of “Beanology” events organized by Callebaut to celebrate chefs across the country, while educating professionals about the brand’s unique “bean-to-chocolate” process.

Guests will have the opportunity to eat, drink, and hear from the featured chefs about ways to incorporate chocolate into a variety of recipes.
