Didion Milling announced that Riley Didion has been named president, effective immediately. He is the second generation to assume leadership of the family-owned and operated business that was founded in 1972 by brothers John and Dow Didion.

Didion's growing portfolio of value-added corn products include meals, grits, brans, pregelatinized flour and whole grain flour. To learn more, visit didionmilling.com.

"Riley will be a key factor in Didion's continued success," says Dow Didion, co-founder and former president. "His personal and professional values closely align with our culture and he brings to this position a strong track record of developing people and inspiring teams."

Riley Didion previously held the positions of vice president of business development and sales manager at Didion Mill. Before joining the company in 2012 he was vice president at Grubb & Ellis, a corporate real estate company.  In his new role as president, Didion will focus on day-to-day operations within the company's corn mill and ethanol plant.

The transition is part of a strategic succession plan, designed to streamline company operations. This plan includes a reorganization of leadership positions within the company; current president Dow Didion and CEO John Didion will transition into roles on Didion Milling's board of directors.

"Dow and I are thrilled to pass the torch to Riley," says John Didion former CEO and co-founder of Didion Milling. "While we will continue to have an active role in the company, we are confident in his abilities and excited for the future of Didion."
