Ghirardelli Baking Day
When it comes time to gear up for the holidays, many bakers choose to do their seasonal baking all at once. As a way to celebrate this baking trend and acknowledge Ghirardelli as an integral part of holiday baking, the company is celebrating Dec. 5 as Ghirardelli Baking Day. Savvy bakers know the secret to achieving impressive results – by baking all their holiday treats at once – and most importantly by using Ghirardelli baking bars, chips, and cocoa in their delicious creations.

Throughout the entire holiday season, Ghirardelli will provide many different ways for bakers to share and spread the joy of holiday baking, including:

Prep and plan for Baking Day alongside Ghirardelli and FeedFeed – an online network of bakers – by sharing tips and tricks within their communities.

Groove along with Ghirardelli’s holiday-inspired Spotify playlist, featuring festive music that makes baking the day away even more fun.

Explore our newest holiday recipes, just in time for holiday baking, in partnership with our friends and well known YouTube influencers, Caroline Artiss and Gemma Stafford.

The festivities will culminate on Dec. 5, Ghirardelli Baking Day. During this action-packed day, Ghirardelli will reward randomly selected bakers who have tagged and shared images using #SweetestSecret with a variety of amazing prizes – from KitchenAid Stand Mixers to Silpat Mats and of course, plenty of Ghirardelli baking products. Follow along with our Facebook event, encouraging friends and family to RSVP and prep for the holidays like never before.

For over 160 years, Ghirardelli has been an integral part of bringing delicious chocolate to everyday baking. From the proprietary bean blend to the process for treating cocoa beans to being one of the first chocolate companies to include the percentage of cacao on baking product packaging, Ghirardelli is a staple in kitchens. Ghirardelli gives back this holiday season by honoring its community of bakers, starting its own traditions and joining age old family traditions.
