Cain Food Industries, Inc. announced Dave Jimenez has joined the company as West Coast region manager. Dave will be responsible for sales and support throughout the Western states.

Jimenez's background includes 26 years of bakery leadership with Sara Lee Bakeries, Fresh Start and most recently ARYZTA.  "Dave will add to our excellence in customer service and help Cain continue to deliver the finest ingredient solutions to the baking industry" said Matt Feder, Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  

Cain Foods is known to supply a variety of dough conditioners, both traditional and clean label.  Cain's clean label dough conditioners designed to replace ADA, DATEM, SSL, CSL, Monos and Dis.  Additionally Cain has a full line of softeners, shelf life extenders, oxidizers, reducing agents, mold inhibitors and sodium replacers.
