Bucur "Bill" Mihu Jr., vice president of bakery operations at Schnucks Supermarkets, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo.
Mihu Jr. worked at Schnucks Supermarkets for over 42 years and was president of the Retail Bakers of America from 2005 to 2007. He will be remembered as a family man, avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and a ”foodie” who enjoyed trying new restaurants.
