The appointment of De Antonio, a well-seasoned corporate chef and culinary curator, demonstrates The Fresh Diet management team's commitment to continue to build its market leadership in the meal delivery and diet space.  De Antonio brings 19 years in culinary management, and research and development, in addition to experiences as a culinary instructor and television cooking show chef.

Her role involved travel to culinary centers in both the U.S. and Europe to immerse herself in current food trends. Previously, De Antonio taught cooking courses at the Colegio Gato Dumas, and was the host and lead chef of her own culinary television show, Utilisima Canal Satelital. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
