Ever So Saucy Foods by Chef Frank, the new brand of handmade, all natural and tradition-inspired fine prepared food line, will debut on QVC Jan. 21 at 10 p.m. EST, presented by their creator chef Frank Tramontano. The broadcast will represent the brand's national launch with the network.

Chef Frank uses semolina bread from Cammareri Bros, Bakery, which was featured in the hit movie Moonstruck, in one dish because, "Semolina is a heartier flour than conventional flour, so the bread made from it cooks better, holding up better. In the Chicken Parmigiano Explosion, it gets a nice crispy crunch on the top, but remains soft underneath, the perfect complement for the meat, cheese and sauce."

Ever So Saucy by Chef Frank also plans to introduce a trio of flavors via QVC from its international pot pie collection - Chicken Cordon Bleu, Beef Bourguignon and Antipasto. Hearty, over one pound each, they are baked in Chef Frank's flaky, melt-in-your-mouth artisan pastry and serve two.
