Rachael Coyle, pastry chef and owner of Coyle’s Bakeshop in Seattle, is thrilled to announce that the Coyle’s Bakeshop Kickstarter campaign has started.


The Bakeshop is raising $25,000 to help fund construction and the purchase of equipment for the upcoming brick and mortar version of the popular pop-up bakery. Rewards include Bakeshop recipes, lots of Bakeshop treats, baking lessons and more.

Rachael Coyle signed a lease for a 1,200 square foot space at 8300 Greenwood Avenue North in Seattle at the end of August and is hoping to have the shop open in early 2015.
