Cake Sculpting Basics. Learn from the masters of cake sculpture. The Roland and Marsha Winbeckler will share their knowledge on which cakes and icings work best for sculptures, how to shape and sculp cake, and how to create the details that make their sculptures come to life. Each student will sculpt and decorate a basic cake sculpture (with no internal stand) during class. There will also be a demonstration on how to create an internal support for more complicated cake sculptures in your future.

*The Winbeckler's and others are teaching many more classes at IBIE, so be sure to visit www.bakingexpo.org.
