City Bakery – a New York City staple – just opened its second location in Japan. The new storefront is inside Shinagawa Station in Tokyo. The first opened earlier this spring in Osaka.
Japanese customers have taken an instant liking to the bakery’s pretzel croissants in particular. The new Tokyo outpost sold 1,500 of them on its opening day.
