Café Valley Bakery announces the addition of Jose Sepulveda as corporate chaplain, a new position that has been a longstanding vision of CEO and president Ron Ogan.

As corporate chaplain, Sepulveda will be responsible for the care and wellbeing of Café Valley's growing staff on a daily basis, as well as in times of crisis including illnesses, family deaths, hospitalization or any circumstance that may impact employees' lives physically, emotionally, or spiritually and affecting their performance on the team. Sepulveda will also connect employees with outside community resources to provide additional support for associates whenever needed.

“The corporate chaplain position has been a vision for Café Valley Bakery and with our growing company size and recent expansion to Indiana, it was the perfect time to bring this vision to life ,” said Ogan. “Our most important ingredient in our baked goods is our associates who put a lot of care into our quality products. The Corporate Chaplain position allows Café Valley to provide deeper level of caring support to our own company family.”
