Nu-Tek Salt Advanced Formula Potassium Chloride was utilized in a study being presented by Dr. Jing Zhao, University of Wisconsin titled “Influence of Partial or Complete Replacement of Sodium Chloride with Potassium Chloride Blends on Protein Extraction and Meat Quality of Cooked Sausages.”
