After a sell-out first run in November in celebration of National Pickle Day, Grillo’s Pickles and PopUp Bagels are teaming up again to bring back the TikTok-famous Pickle de Gallo Schmear. Coinciding with the annual Grillo’s pop-up shop on the Lower East Side in New York City, this schmear will be available for a limited time in June.
Pickle de Gallo Schmear is a zesty, pickle-packed spread that sold out in just days last year. It combines the best of PopUp Bagels’ creamy schmears with one of Grillo’s top-selling products – Pickle de Gallo.
The schmear will be available from June 12-18 (or while supplies last) at all PopUp Bagel locations, including:
- New York – Downtown NYC, Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Midtown East, Penn Plaza, Williamsburg, Roslyn
- Connecticut – Greenwich, Newtown, Westport, Fairfield
- Massachusetts – Wellesley, Seaport
On Thursday, June 12, there will be a Pickle Party at Ray’s Bar. Guests can join Grillo’s for an all-out pickle party from 8 pm to late, featuring jalapeño poppers stuffed with PDG schmear, fried pickles with schmear dip and the return of the Pickle de Gallo Schmear.
Grillo’s Pickles Pop-Up will take place on Sunday, June 15 from 11 am until it’s gone. The Grillo’s Lower East Side pop-up shop will have PopUp Bagels, Pickle de Gallo Schmear and a limited edition collaboration t-shirt (only 50 made).
