With Memorial Day weekend signaling the unofficial beginning of summer, Lady M is looking to follow that with several flavors of its mille crêpes cakes that match the season.

June flavors include:

  • Pandan Kaya Mille Crêpes – Made with layers of delicate crêpes, kaya cream and a rich pandan kaya custard, this dessert is topped with a glossy pandan-infused glaze and a dusting of coconut flakes for the perfect finishing touch. It’s available in June and July.
  • Passion Fruit Mille Crêpes – Layers of handmade French crêpes paired with passion fruit pastry cream. Tart and elegant, made complete with a passion fruit glaze and edible passion fruit seeds. It’s available June through October.

July flavors include:

  • Brûlée Cheesecake – Lemon-accented pastry cream is nestled between delicate layers of paper-thin crêpes, all resting atop a buttery biscuit base and crowned with a silky cheesecake topping, freshly brûléed to crisp, golden perfection. This flavor is available during the month of July only, and only available by the slice in select boutiques : Upper East Side, Bryant Park, NoMad, Tysons Galleria, Houston Westchase, Sawtelle, Irvine, Las Vegas and Bellevue.
  • Guava Mille Crêpes – Features a center of guava jam and delicate strawberry sponge cake wrapped within layers of classic handcrafted crêpes and guava-infused cream cheese pastry cream. Topped with a vibrant guava glaze. It’s available in July and August only.
