As we approach National Donut Day next month, bakeries will look to entice potential customers with their offerings. Donuts aren’t just a breakfast staple anymore – they’re a year-round sales driver with huge potential.
To help bakeries offer the right mix to keep customers coming back, industry experts from Dawn Foods will participate in a virtual event, hosted by the Retail Bakers of America (RBA), sharing proprietary research on consumer donut preferences and introducing a simple 1-2-3 approach to optimizing donut cases.
Attendees will learn to identify the donut lineup that drives the most volume for their bakeries, how to satisfy consumers who crave variety and how to capture additional revenue with premium donut trends.
