Japan’s cult-favorite donut shop I’m Donut? just landed in NYC. These Nama-style donuts, named for the Japanese word meaning “fresh,” stand out from the typical brioche base, made instead with kabocha squash and vegetable shortening for a uniquely chewy texture.
