Vandemoortele USA is debuting a new twist on classic French pastries. The company has expanded its flagship brand Banquet D’Or’s line of authentic French pastries in North America with its new Biscoff-filled croissants, in partnership with Lotus Bakeries.
Banquet D’Or’s best-selling flaky, buttery croissant is now filled with creamy Biscoff filling and decorated with sweet and crunchy Biscoff crumbs for a balanced bite from start to finish. Biscoff-filled croissants are shipped frozen for convenience and arrive ready-to-bake, ready in less than 30 minutes.
Biscoff-filled croissant join the company’s existing range of filled croissants, including Pistachio, Chocolate, Apricot, Strawberry and Raspberry.
The new product will be introduced and sampled at the National Restaurant Association Show, taking place May 17-20 in Chicago.
