The new Menu Solutions: Flatbread Collection includes 15 innovative recipes that feature BONICI Flatbread—a versatile, parbaked product designed to streamline prep and deliver delicious results every time. Made with high-quality ingredients, BONICI Flatbreads go from freezer to oven with ease, helping save time while maintaining flavor and consistency.
“Whether operators are looking to add a bold new signature item or elevate a classic, these flatbreads provide a reliable base for culinary creativity,” says Chef Curt Wagner, a member of The Chefs of the Mills team who doubles as a Doughminator and is dedicated to working alongside pizzerias, bakeries and foodservice operations to solve dough dilemmas. “From appetizers and entrées to indulgent desserts, the collection offers a variety of options to inspire menus across dayparts.”
