With Easter just around the corner and Mother’s Day not far behind that, Lady M Confections is offering the perfect sweet treats for the holidays.
Among the new and noteworthy offerings are:
- Strawberry Swirl Mille Crêpes – Back for a limited time only, this tart and creamy item brings together strawberry-infused sponge cake, delicate layers of paper-thin crepes and rich strawberry pieces. It’s finished with an elegant swirl of strawberry pastry cream and strawberry powder.
- Citron Mille Crêpes – The cake features fresh lemon custard alternated with layers of delicately thin crepes. The top is lightly dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with candied lemon zest for a full-flavored citrus twist.
- Sesame Checkers Cake – Featuring a striking checkerboard pattern, the cake pairs classic vanilla and black sesame flavors, and is dressed in a silky black sesame ganache glaze that celebrates the rich, toasted essence of premium Japanese sesame.
Last month, Lady M debuted The Dubai Chocolate Mille Crêpes. It features handcrafted crêpes layered with chocolate and pistachio pastry creams, and is topped with a blend of crispy kataifi, pistachio and tahini encircled by a generous piping of chocolate cream.
