French bakery and café chain la Madeleine has launched all day, every day brunch, featuring over 20 new and updated food and beverage items and the return of select customer favorites.

The expansive new brunch menu features a lineup of items including French toast and waffles topped with powdered sugar and whipped topping and served in four variations:

  • Classic – Served traditionally with butter and syrup
  • Fresh Berries – Topped with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
  • Maple Pecan – Topped with cinnamon and candied pecans
  • Blueberry Cheesecake – Topped with cream cheese filling, blueberry jam and blueberries

Other all-day brunch options include:

  • New Croffles – A savory and sweet croissant-waffle fusion that is crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, in two varieties: The Monte Cristo and The Benedict
  • New Bacon Bon-Bon Brioche Sandwich – Featuring crispy brown sugar bacon, a fried egg, tomatoes, microgreens and French aioli served on a brioche bun
  • Reinvented Avocado Toast – Served on Turano bread and topped with tomatoes, feta, microgreens and balsamic glaze

The la Madeleine menu will also feature handcrafted wine-based cocktails, available to order all day. The new brunch-inspired beverages include the Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini, Parisien Sunrise and Cosmopolitan.

In addition to all-day brunch, la Madeleine has added Dipped Croissants topped with freeze-dried strawberries or crusted pistachios to its permanent menu.
