This year, Talenti Gelato & Sorbetto is adding to its unique Layers line by introducing the Bakery Collection. It includes three brand-new baking-inspired flavors: Chocolate Chip Cookie Batter, Italian Tiramisu and Snickerdoodle Cookie.

To celebrate their debut, Talenti is partnering with world-renowned pastry chef Dominique Ansel, the brand’s first-ever Chef Ambassador, to create a first-of-its-kind, elevated dessert experience: The Dipped Whisk. 

Crafted with the ingredients found across the new Talenti Layers Bakery Collection, the limited-edition Dipped Whisk is a handheld dessert served atop a keepsake golden whisk. Chef Dominique Ansel was inspired by the elements within the Bakery Collection and by the nostalgic experience of licking batter from a whisk while baking.

Each layer of The Dipped Whisk evokes one of the flavors found within the Chocolate Chip Cookie Batter, Italian Tiramisu and Snickerdoodle Cookie Bakery Collection products:

  • Madagascan Vanilla Bean Gelato
  • Rich espresso fudge sauce
  • Crunchy stacks of shortbread, chocolate and snickerdoodle cookies

All layers are nestled inside a crisp vanilla wafer cone and dipped in a light and creamy vanilla Chantilly for an elegant finish.

The Dipped Whisk will be available exclusively at Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City for one weekend only, from Friday, March 28 to Sunday, March 30. A limited supply of 100 hand-crafted Dipped Whisks will be available for free from 8 am daily, on a first-come first-served basis.
