Ludlow Coffee Supply, a cherished cornerstone of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, announces its expansion to Miami, Florida, embracing the city as the "Sixth Borough." The new location is located in the iconic 801 Brickell building, situated at the corner of Brickell and 8th, right next door to Komodo and just steps away from Brickell City Centre.

For founder and chief executive officer John Seymour, this expansion is more than just a new location, it’s a continuation of Ludlow’s mission to foster community through coffee.

"From day one, Ludlow Coffee Supply has been about more than just great coffee; it’s about bringing people together. We started in New York with a vision to create a space where people feel at home, whether they’re locals, creatives, or just stopping by for a great cup of coffee," says Seymour. "Miami already feels like an extension of that energy—it's a city that thrives on culture, creativity, and connection. 801 Brickell is the perfect place to grow our community."

The Miami location will offer an elevated inside-and-outside experience, featuring The Patio at Ludlow Coffee Supply, where guests can enjoy events and experiences throughout the year. Visitors can also look forward to a fully updated lobby designed to feel more like a boutique hotel than an office building, complete with ample seating and couches for comfort and convenience.

"We’re not just opening a coffee shop; we’re bringing our New York roots to Miami in a way that respects and embraces the city’s vibrant culture," Seymour adds. "We want people to walk into Ludlow Coffee Supply and feel the same energy they do at our Lower East Side spot—authentic, welcoming, and community-driven."

Ludlow Coffee Supply will serve its famous coffee drinks — from expertly crafted lattes and espressos to signature single-origin cold brews — as well as an all-day food program for cafe dining or grab-and-go options. Additionally, the Miami menu will include locally inspired options exclusive to this new location.

Founded in 2016 by John Seymour—the visionary behind Sweet Chick, NYC’s go-to destination for chicken and waffles—Ludlow Coffee Supply has become a New York institution.
