Featuring three knead-to-know favorites, French Dinner Rolls, French Twin Pack Baguette, and French Sandwich Rolls, this collection brings the rich flavor and crispy crust of freshly baked La Brea Bakery breads straight to your kitchen via Target, combining unparalleled quality and taste with convenience and affordability.

La Brea Bakery Take & Bake breads are now available in Target's bakery section and for local delivery through the Target App.

Founded in 1989, La Brea Bakery has mastered the art of artisan bread, using its original signature sourdough starter and just four simple ingredients to deliver deliciousness. Its breads are free from artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors, and all items are certified Non-GMO Verified, Kosher, and Vegan.

Frozen bread dough

General Mills Foodservice wants to help put more dough into the hands of retail bakeries with its line of Pillsbury frozen bread dough that offers a simplified way to bake a variety of high-quality bread with consistent results.

The line of Pillsbury breads and rolls helps in-store bakeries balance limited time and resources, offering a way to produce fresh-baked bread without requiring skilled labor. The easy prep products are designed to be highly tolerant to suit various back-of-house operations without using a proof box. Some of the items are even pre-scored or pre-stamped.

Nelsen adds that the products provide bakeries with several versatile menu possibilities as they can be cut, topped or shaped to suit their needs.
