With spring in full bloom, TOUS les JOURS has launched its latest menu. The bakery-café chain’s spring pastry collection combines classic French baking techniques with the season’s freshest flavors.

This all-new lineup is now available in over 100 TOUS les JOURS stores in the US and more than 1,750 stores worldwide, promising a delightful taste of spring for every palate.

The collection features six all-new pastries allowing enthusiasts to indulge in the essence of spring with each bite, including:

  • Berries Tart Pastry – Filled with signature cloud cream and a vibrant mix of berries
  • Apricot Tart – Combining flaky puff pastry with a luscious apricot topping
  • Strawberry Pastry – Filled with fresh strawberries and cloud cream
  • Blueberry Pastry – Brimming with fresh blueberries and cloud cream
  • Mixed Pastry – A medley of raspberries, blueberries and grapes with cloud cream
