On Tuesday, March 21, Panera Bread is opening its newest New York City bakery-café on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The opening of this new, next-gen store marks the third new Panera to open in New York City with the past six months.

In celebration of this opening and the brand’s expansion in the city, Panera is providing 500 New Yorkers with free unlimited coffee and self-serve beverages for an entire year through its Unlimited Sip Club.

Starting March 21 and lasting through March 25, New Yorkers can stop by the new bakery-café to trade in their usual disposable morning coffee cup for a free year of Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club subscription (as well as a Panera reusable travel mug). Only 100 will be available per day and given to the first 100 customers each morning.

The Unlimited Sip Club is the first-ever nationwide unlimited annual beverage subscription in the restaurant industry for all self-serve beverages. For $119.99 per year (plus tax), the annual membership yields additional savings, offering a year’s worth of unlimited beverages for the price of 10 months.

The subscription includes Panera’s entire portfolio of self-serve beverages, including hot and iced coffee, hot and iced teas, Agave Lemonade, Pepsi-Cola fountain beverages and Charged Lemonades.
