First introduced in January of 2022, a breakfast staple turned dessert made its way onto the menu at iconic bakery Milk Bar. The brand’s Pancake Cake, back for a limited time during the winter season, provides a unique taste and texture perfect for large groups.
The six-inch cake has pancake-flavored cake layers stacked between brown sugar cookie butter, maple frosting and brown butter crumbs. It’s then topped with a maple syrup glaze and an extra slab of butter.
The Pancake Cake is available for nationwide delivery and in-store at its locations in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Boston, Las Vegas and Toronto.
