This fluffy and moist chocolate cake with light caramel flavor and caramel color icing is topped with sweet and salty white sprinkles and candied pecans. Features AAK’s AkoSun™ 46-53XP high oleic sunflower oil which provides volume, crumb structure and tenderness for the cake, and AAK’s Cisao® 8315-03-01, a zero trans-fat, non-hydrogenated, palm oil solution that gives icing improved whippability and extended shelf life. AAK’s Cisao® 8253-00-02 is also added to provide structure to the sprinkles and act as a moisture barrier for the pecan inclusions.
