According to a recent survey from Panera Bread, 65 percent of people reported that they prefer a new fall flavor like cinnamon crunch over pumpkin spice. In that same survey, nearly 60 percent of people think that the pumpkin spice flavor craze is overrated.

Last year, Panera debuted its Cinnamon Crunch Latte, based on its Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. It featured freshly brewed espresso, foamed milk and cinnamon-flavored syrup, and was topped with whipped cream and a Cinnamon Crunch topping.

Now, the bakery-café chain is bringing back the popular limited-time beverage for a second year this fall. The returning latte is hitting select cafés starting Thursday, August 25 and will be available nationwide on Thursday, September 1.

In celebration of the season, anyone who signs up for MyPanera on the Panera app now through the end of the week on Saturday, August 27 will get a reward for half-off a Cinnamon Crunch Latte to use with their purchase on September 1.
