The Retail Bakers of America (RBA) is looking to help pie bakers get an early jump on the holiday season with its latest virtual event taking place Tuesday, August 16 from 1-3 pm CST.
Holiday Pie Prep 101 will be led by Scott Calvert, the RBA’s resident pie expert, RBA board president and the owner of Tootie Pie Co. The 2-hour session will feature holiday pie prep advice, a live-demo, production advice and menu ideas.
“As November and December creep closer, don’t stress! We’ve got the know-how to help you plan ahead, be more efficient with time and labor, and maximize your bakery’s holiday success!” the RBA says on its event calendar.
Advance registration is required for Holiday Pie Prep 101, with tickets costing $20 for RBA members and $30 for non-members.
