Portland, Oregon-based Voodoo Doughnut debuted its newest doughnut shop on Tuesday, January 11 in Vancouver, Washington, its first in the state.

“We are so excited to finally cross the I-5 bridge and open our doors in Vancouver,” says Chris Schultz, chief executive officer for Voodoo Doughnut. “We’ve been looking for years to find the perfect site to bring the Voodoo magic to the neighborhood. Vancouver is the first of several new shops this year.”

The Vancouver location is the twelfth for Voodoo Doughnut, which has an aggressive growth plan for 2022. Previously announced Cypress, Texas and Denver International Airport locations will both open in the spring of 2022.

Founded in 2003, Voodoo Doughnut continues to expand by focusing on the customer experience, employee incentives and giving back to the community through various initiatives.
