Last Crumb has completed its latest seed financing round led by angel investors in both the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry and entertainment sector. The brand has introduced a premium, first-of-its-kind cookie experience inspired by high-end streetwear and designer goods. With its newest funding, Last Crumb will expand its flagship kitchen in Los Angeles and make key hires internally to support the increased demand.

“Last Crumb offers an unparalleled experience in the cookie category that perfectly combines luxury and indulgence,” says chief executive officer Matthew Jung. “Thanks to the support of our investors, we can focus on expanding our kitchen and growing the team to keep up with the exciting demand we’ve amassed thus far.”

Among those involved in the latest seed financing round is global EDM entertainer Zedd.

“After trying Last Crumb for myself and seeing how their team is reimagining the way cookies are enjoyed and shared with others I knew I had to get involved,” says Zedd. “I really appreciate the way Last Crumb takes inspiration from different elements of culinary, fashion and entertainment, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they come up with next.”

Available in boxes for order through its website, Last Crumb’s offerings include its flagship Core Collection, consisting of 12 original cookie flavors such as 50 Cent (birthday cake), The Madonna (peanut butter), When Life Gives You Lemons (lemon bar), The Floor is Lava (chocolate lava) and Donkey Kong (banana cream pie).
