Racine, Wisconsin’s O&H Danish Bakery is known for its Kringle offerings, especially the limited-edition flavors it adds to the menu for special occasions.

The latest arrives just in time for St. Patrick’s Day next week. The St. Paddy’s Kringle starts with dark chocolate cake and is layered with mint flavored custard. It’s then topped with chocolate icing and finished with mint chocolate pieces.

Another treat available in March that is ideal for St. Patrick’s Day is the bakery’s Mint Chocolate Filled Donut. The raised donut is filled with mint-flavored chocolate silk, then frosted in green colored icing and garnished with mint chocolate pieces.
