North American bakers, pastry-makers, chocolate-makers and foodservice professionals will discover a quality-oriented approach to the trade, and working methods based on sound principles that have stood the test of time while not being afraid to evolve. They will be able to check out a complete range of leading-edge redesigned, enhanced equipment with the experts on hand to show them how they can use it to make their daily lives easier while upholding quality and preserving their know-how. All the professionals attending Europain and SuccessFood have achieved this goal.

Europain will feature The Bakery World Cup, a world-wide competition that unites 36 of the most talented bakers from 12 countries, including the United States. The countries that have made it through to the 2012 final are: South Korea, Costa Rica, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Sweden, Senegal, the USA, Taiwan and Japan. The three members of each national team will each take part in a final challenge according to their specialty: baking, pastry, and the artistic centerpiece.
