Insomnia Cookies has created three new vegan cookies to satisfy a whole new group of cookie-lovers. To celebrate World Vegan Day on Sunday, November 1, the cookie bakery chain is launching its newest treats as individual cookies or in six-packs.
The following vegan cookie flavors will be permanent menu items at all Insomnia locations, for delivery and nationwide shipping:
- Vegan Chocolate Chunk – A vegan version of the Classic Chocolate Chunk cookie, featuring generous amounts of dairy-free chocolate chunks
- Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk – A vegan version of the Classic Double Chocolate cookie with the same amount of dark chocolate and dairy-free chocolate chunks
- Vegan Birthday Cake – A vegan creation featuring sweet vanilla and sprinkles
From November 1-4, Insomnia Cookies is offering $6 vegan six-packs with a choice of vegan cookies.
