Challenger Breadware has announced that it has named Greg Wade of Publican Quality Bread as its first-ever brand ambassador. The 2019 James Beard Award winner for Outstanding Baker will develop custom recipes for Challenger Breadware and develop how-to videos for those who want to bake like a professional without needing to leave their kitchens.

The move comes one year after the company’s global launch of its signature product, the Challenger Bread Pan. It also offers a host of professional-quality bread baking tools including the Challenger Bench Knife and Zatoba Walnut Bread Lame.

“Challenger Breadware is changing the way home bakers bake,” says Greg Wade. “The Challenger Bread Pan is my go-to when baking at home. It creates beautiful bread every time. I am proud to be teaming up with a company that offers a range of quality products for the at-home baker.”

Wade’s first video and recipe will be available in August, and will be posted on the Challenger Breadware website and social media channels.
