The company behind such well-known brands as Oreo, Cadbury, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and Wheat Thins is set to make a splash with its own bakery and café located on the ground floor of its new Fulton Market headquarters in Chicago.

Mondelez International is set to open Good Ambler sometime in the spring, according to the Chicago Tribune. The company partnered with restaurant group 16” on Center on the launch, which will come after it moves into its new headquarters on April 6.

Good Ambler won’t feature Mondelez International’s famous brands, but on special occasions it may sell treats inspired by these brands. Instead, under pastry chef Kevin McCormick, it will offer sweets like cajeta caramels and vanilla lime bon bons as well as savory items. There will also be a full coffee bar.

Mondelez International reported $26 billion in sales last year. The company is moving nearly to a five-story office in Fulton Market, near Google’s offices and McDonald’s headquarters.
