Among the flavors offered include Blackberry Chip, Birthday Sprinkles, Cherry Cordial, Hot Fudge Sundae, Key Lime, S'mores, Turtle, White Chocolate Raspberry, Butterfinger, Oreo, Reese’s, and many more. The bakery generally has 15-20 flavors to choose from per day at the cafe, including seasonal and featured ones.
Cheesecake cupcakes are $3.50 each or $42 for a dozen, and cheesecake pops are $2 each or $24 for a dozen.
In addition to cheesecake, The Cheesecakery offers cinnamon rolls, biscotti, scones, cookies, donuts, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, specialty breakfast items, coffee, and freshly-pressed juices.
Liz Field started the company in 2009, when it was originally named Cincy Sweets. She started by baking all sorts of products, but noticed people would go crazy over her cheesecakes in particular. So, she switched gears and changed the business model to become The Cheesecakery.
