Centerplate, a leading hospitality partner to North America’s premiere sports entertainment venues, has announced specialty menu items for Monday’s College Football Playoff National Championship between the Clemson Tigers and LSU Tigers.

The game will be played in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, where Centerplate is the exclusive catering partner. The team-inspired desserts that will be available at the venue include the Purple and Gold Dessert Parfait and the #ALLIN Bread Pudding.

The Purple and Gold Dessert Parfait is the favorite homemade dessert of LSU QB and Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow. It comes complete with Snickers, whipped topping, and caramel sauce. The #ALLIN Bread Pudding, for Clemson, is a classic bread pudding with a South Carolina kick of caramelized peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla sauce.

These desserts join other menu items, including pizzas, grill items, and authentic New Orleans cuisine.

“This is a championship matchup, and we are prepared to provide championship hospitality for both fan bases,” says Centerplate Chief Executive Office Steve Pangburn. “Our authentic New Orleans cuisine, combined with our team-specific menu items, will ensure that, no matter the outcome of the on-field action, everyone leaves with a full stomach and wins the off-the-field experience.”
