New York City’s DŌ is considered an innovator in cookie dough. Led by founder Kristen Tomlan, the cookie dough bakery is on a mission to bring customers the best cookie dough they’ve ever had.

That mission continues with the release of a new cookbook from Tomlan this fall. Titled Hello, Cookie Dough, the book will spill her secrets on how to make cookie dough safe to eat and will feature more than 100 decadent recipes with a mix of fan favorites from DŌ and never-before-seen creations with innovative twists.

“I left behind my life as a design and branding consultant to follow my cookie dough-filled dreams. My love for all things DŌ turned into a worldwide phenomenon, and I have adored sharing my passion with all of you,” Tomlan says. “NOW... I’m revealing the secrets to making my edible and bakeable cookie dough at home along with my favorite dessert recipes, serving tips, and all sorts of behind-the-scenes stories! I can’t wait to share what I’ve created for you!”

Hello, Cookie Dough is set for release on Tuesday, October 15 and is available for pre-order now. Tomlan will celebrate the release with several book signings throughout October and November.
