Lady M Confections is set to bring its famous Mille Crêpes and signature cakes to the Pacific Northwest in August for a limited time. The New York-based chain will set up a Pop-Up Cake Boutique in Seattle, Washington as part of an ongoing series to take its cakes around the world.

The Seattle Pop-Up Cake Boutique will take place at the city’s Cast Iron Studios on the following dates:

  • Friday, Aug. 16 (3-8 p.m.)
  • Saturday, Aug. 17 (12-5 p.m.)
  • Sunday, Aug. 18 (12-5 p.m.)

The Pop-Up Cake Boutique’s menu will include whole 6-inch and 9-inch cakes in three flavors: Signature Mille Crêpes, Green Tea Mille Crêpes, and Coconut Mille Crêpes. The Signature Mille Crêpes features several layers of handmade crêpes and whipped pastry cream. Green Tea Mille Crêpes is Lady M’s best-selling cake, topped with matcha from Japan. Coconut Mille Crêpes features a subtle touch of almonds and coconut rum and is finished with toasted coconut shavings.

Lady M Confections currently has 38 cake boutiques worldwide, with American locations in New York City, Boston, Chicago, and Southern California. The company also has several cake boutiques in Asia.
