AB Mauri North America, a leader in yeast and bakery ingredient products and solutions, recently expanded its headquarters in the Cortex Innovation Community’s @4240 building in St. Louis, Missouri.

With more than 33,000-square feet, the expanded space includes:

  • The Fleischmann’s Technology Center, offering a unique, high-tech experience center comprising a 40-seat theater for training, product demonstrations, and live-streamed events
  • An expanded bakingHUB offering customers access to a wide range of expertise and tools to accelerate innovation delivery across the entire bakery product range
  • An expanded yeast strain development center, including cutting edge global technologies and a high level of expertise

“This multimillion-dollar expansion underscores our commitment to the industrial baking industry in North America. It allows us the opportunity to boost both the scale and functionality of our current technical baking and fermentation facilities, so we can accelerate our research and development,” says Mark Prendergast, president of AB Mauri North America.
