Starting Wednesday, June 19, Paris Baguette officially debuted its new summer menu, ‘The Art of the Picnic,’ which features summer ingredients inspired by Paris, Manhattan, and California-style picnic favorites.

The assorted menu includes hand-crafted sandwiches, refreshing salads, spritzers, and seasonally-inspired desserts. The new summer offerings, which are being offered at the bakery-café chain’s 75+ stores across the country, include:

Pastries and Cakes

  • Prosciutto Cheese Danish – Flaky pastry topped with cream cheese, flavorful gruyere cheese, and prosciutto
  • Lemon Poppy Kouign-Amann – Poppy seeded kouign-amann topped with lemon cream
  • Apricot Danish – Bowtie featured pastry filled with soft choux cream topped with sliced apricots
  • Greek Yogurt Cheesecake – Whole cheesecake (also available in individual slices) mixed with plain whole milk Greek yogurt along with blueberry compote inside
  • Homemade Lemon Tart – French authentic lemon tart topped with meringue brûlée

Sandwiches and Salads

  • Spicy Shrimp Baguette – Multigrain baguette filled with marinated shrimp, fresh cut zucchini noodles, red cabbage, carrots, and spicy peanut sauce
  • Shrimp & Mango Salad – Mixed greens salad with marinated shrimp, mango salsa, and fresh cut zucchini noodles, topped with a creamy avocado dressing
  • Watermelon & Feta Salad – Kale salad with fresh cut watermelon, feta cheese, and seasoned sunflower seeds, topped with a balsamic vinaigrette
  • Fruit Salad – Assorted fresh cut watermelon and blueberries topped with a lime wedge
  • Gazpacho – Gazpacho soup mixed with grape tomatoes and cucumbers


  • Dragon Fruit Spritzer – Tropical inspired limeade with a combination of cold pressed lime, orange juice, club soda, and a touch of agave serviced over ice with a scoop of diced dragon fruit
  • Mojito Spritzer – A summertime cocktail combining a mixture of cold pressed mojito mix, club soda, and garnished with fresh cucumber
  • Summertime Chai Iced Tea – A balance of traditional Nilgiri tea with classic chai spices plus a lime garnish on top
  • Mint Limeade – Sweetened lime juice mixed with mint flavor
  • Dragon Fruit Limeade – Sweetened lime juice mixed with diced dragon fruit
