The Ghirardelli Chocolate Company has announced the latest addition to its product offerings. The company’s Professional Products Division recently introduced its new Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate & Cocoa Sweet Ground Powder.

Dark Chocolate & Cocoa Sweet Ground Powder is a less-sweet alternative to the classic Chocolate & Cocoa Sweet Ground Powder. With a rich flavor and dark color, the powder helps professionals to create dark and indulgent beverages and desserts.

Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate & Cocoa Sweet Ground Powder is crafted from simple ingredients including real chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla. The powder, available in 3-pound cans and 25-pound bulk boxes, allows baristas and chefs to capitalize on the growth of dark chocolate on menus.
