Corner Bakery Café is a bakery-café chain that has stood out with its catering business. The company provides customers with a wide range of breakfast, lunch, and beverage custom catering options. It offers different trays with an assortment of bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and savory breakfast options for earlier in the day, while trays featuring pasta, sandwiches, salads, soups, chips, bakery sweets, and much more are available for lunch.

The 2019 Takeout, Delivery & Catering Symposium is being held by Monkey Group, an organization whose mission is to help foodservice operators grow sales and increase profits by educating them to become experts at feeding their customers where they live, work, and play.

Among other things, the Symposium will look at the future of off-premise, how operators can take back control of their customer analytics, how capturing customer loyalty can improve customer sales and retention, and how a streamlined technology stack can drive efficiency from within an operation.

“Our annual Takeout, Delivery & Catering Symposium is a unique opportunity to engage with the many brands, service providers and supply chain vendors who are helping to shape the future of food beyond the four walls,” says Erle Dardick, founder and CEO of Monkey Group. “The goal of this event is to help foodservice operators take control of their off-premise business to better serve their on-demand customers.”
