A new partnership between a Food Network star and New York City’s premiere cookie dough bakery has resulted in a new flavor for the month of February.

Girl Meets Farm star Molly Yeh has teamed up with DO, Cookie Dough Confections for a special flavor that fuses their passions into one. Yeh’s love for the traditional rainbow cookie is represented in DO’s Vday with Yeh pack, which includes two co-branded (8-ounce) containers with Molly's rainbow cookie flavor – rainbow cookie with dark chocolate and Valentine's Day sprinkles.

As an extra bonus for customers who purchase the pack, 10 percent of the proceeds go towards Emma’s Torch, a nonprofit that empowers refugees through culinary education. Emma’s Torch teaches these refugees culinary skills and collaborates with some of New York's most renowned chefs, industry leaders, and restaurant groups to help these students find jobs after they graduate.

Molly Yeh, a cookbook author and chef, hosts the television series Girl Meets Farm. The series features Yeh cooking Midwestern farm meals sometimes influenced by her Jewish and Chinese heritage, primarily at her farm on the Minnesota-North Dakota border.

DO, Cookie Dough Confections have other special offers right now. The bakery’s Valentine's Day pack debuts a limited-time only flavor: red velvet, which features sugar cookie dough swirled with cream cheese icing, red velvet cake, and chocolate chips. The pack also includes signature chocolate chip, cake batter, and brookie dough flavors.
